Dr. Caryl Loney-McFarlane, Diversity and Inclusion Staff Fellow at Princeton University and an Independent Higher Education Diversity Consultant, presents “Implicit Bias and Inclusive Pedagogies Impact on Student Success.”
Experience a dialogue about how implicit bias can influence the classroom dynamic and the effectiveness of inclusive pedagogy. Faculty will have an opportunity to share their approaches to inclusive pedagogy and receive feedback and suggestions in light of the reality of implicit bias.
