Employees from three generations are working together across the country and struggling to understand how to effectively collaborate, communicate, and accomplish tasks. Baby Boomer, Generation X, and Millennial employees each have a unique and important set of skills that can be utilized to create highly effective multi-generational work environments. This session will provide participants with a better understanding of generational differences and an opportunity to develop strategies to optimize generational strengths to produce desired results.
