All staff, faculty, and administrators are invited to de-stress and stay active with colleagues by participating in a running and walking group. We encourage employees at any fitness level to join us as multiple running/walking groups will be offered to accommodate the distance or pace you prefer.
Anyone is welcome to sign-up to participate at any time throughout the fall 2017 semester by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have signed-up, you will be added to the running and walking group's Yammer page, where we will post the meeting locations for each run and walk.
