Professional development workshop, "Retooling Customer Service Practices."
Do you ever wonder what customer service practices you currently use that are effective, could be improved, created, or reinvented? During this session, participants will work together to evaluate the effectiveness of their current customer service strategies and create new practices that they can use in their day-to-day role. This session is for anyone who serves in a role where they provide day-to-day customer service for students, faculty, staff, and/or constituent groups external to the college.
Breakfast will be provided during the workshop and is sponsored by Buffalo State’s United University Professions (UUP) Chapter. Please register through our online Workshop Registration System.
